DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

At Kamica Hampton, each pair is thoughtfully designed and produced using luxury materials and artisanal craftsmanship. We ask that all purchases are handled with care.

EXCHANGES (FULL-PRICE ITEMS ONLY)
We offer exchanges only on full-priced merchandise within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original, unworn, and saleable condition.
Returned footwear must meet the following requirements:
⦁    Shoes may be tried on indoors only
⦁    Soles must be unmarked, unsoiled, and free of wear
⦁    No scratches, creasing, or visible signs of use
⦁    Items must be returned in the original shoebox
⦁    All accompanying items must be included (dust bags, spare heel tips, inserts)
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
All sale items, discounted merchandise, and promotional purchases are final sale.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
At this time, returns for refund are not offered.
Approved full-price items are eligible for exchange only, subject to availability and inspection.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE PROCESS
To request an exchange, please complete the return section of your return form and include it with your shipment. Once the returned item is received and inspected, exchange instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and before removing sole protectors or discarding original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or defective (excluding natural variations in leather, texture, or finish), please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery via our Contact Page
Photographs of the item and original packaging may be required for review. If a defect is confirmed, Kamica Hampton will provide a resolution at its discretion.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Natural creasing, texture variation, and markings inherent to luxury leather and exotic materials are not considered defects.
Kamica Hampton reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not comply with this policy.
