Delivery & Returns

The Kamica Hampton Return Policy allows you to return items for refund in their original condition for 14 days from the postmarked date of delivery.

Shoes with soles that have been used, are visibly worn or soiled, or are scratched or marked in any way will not be accepted. All returns must be unworn and in saleable condition. Place your Returns in the original shoebox with any complimentary accessories (including dust bag and spare heel tips). Include the original Order Invoice and Return Form. Kamica Hampton reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the above requirements. If the return does not meet our requirements, we will ship the shoes back to you and additional shipping costs will be charged. Your Return may be processed in the form of credit, exchange or refund. Sale items are non-returnable and not exchangeable.

Complete the Return section of your Return Form and identify a reason for the return. Include this form with your return shipment.

A pre-printed Return Label was included with your product shipment. Affix the label to the Shipping Box. If using the original packaging, take special care to remove the original address label or cover it over completely. For package safety, it is wise not to reveal the Kamica Hampton shoebox during transport.

Please note, discounted items and purchases made with Affirm are eligible for size exchange only.

Take the package to a local UPS (within the U.S.) or FedEx with onsite staff. Please keep the receipt with your tracking number in a safe place.

To Exchange for a different size or item, return the original merchandise with the instructions above and simply place a new order. You will receive your refund when the returned item is received by Kamica Hampton.

Refunds are issued within 2-10 business days from the date the package arrives at our warehouse. A notification will be sent via email once credit is processed.

Delivery charges for your original order are non-refundable, but Return shipping is free when you use our prepaid Return label.

Please check all items upon delivery and before removing any sole protectors or disposing with the original packaging. Should you notice a defect or damage with your merchandise that is not due to natural causes of creases and markings on leather and exotic skins, please contact us immediately at
